소변이 빨갛게 나올수 있는 경우는 옆구리나 생식기를 다쳤을때, 약을 먹었을때, 방광염이나 신장염 등이 있을때, 요로에 돌이 있을때 등등 그 원인이 많다.
옆구리나 생식기를 다치고 난뒤에 소변이 빨갛게 나올 경우에는 콩팥이나 방광, 요로등에 손상이 생겼을 가능성이 많으므로 빨리 병원에 가야 한다.
그외 열이 높을 경우, 배가 심하게 아플 경우, 기타 이상이 있을 경우에는 즉시 119구급대에 신고한다.

1. 머리를 다치고 난뒤에 토한다

2. 의식이 없는 상태에서 토한다
토하는 원인은 무수히 많다. 그중 대부분이 의식이 있는 상태에서 토하는 것인데 의식이 있을때 토하는 것은 가볍게 등을 두드려주면 큰 문제가 없으나 의식이 없을때 토하게 되면 토사물이 기도로 들어갈수가 있다.
토사물이 기도로 들어가면 기도가 막혀 갑자기 죽을 수 있으며 기도가 막히지 않는다고 하여도 허파에 염증을 일으켜 페농양 등이 되게 된다.
따라서 의식이 없는 상태에서 토할 경우에 누운 자세에서는 목을 옆으로 돌려서 기도에 토사물이 들어가지 않도록하며 되도록 엎드려서 머리를 옆으로 두는 것이 좋다.

열이 높을 경우에는 우선 체온계를 혀밑에 넣어서열을 재어 보며, 소아인 경우에는 겨드랑이에 넣어서 재어 본다.
체온은 일정한 간격으로 하루에 세번 내지 네번 재어보고 충분히 휴식을 하고 보리차물 등을 먹어서 수분섭취를 충분히 해주어야 한다. 해열제는 서둘러서 먹이지 않으며, 특히 위궤양이 있는 사람에게서는 조심한다.
소아인 경우에 열이 갑자기 올라가면서 경련 등을 할 수가 있으므로 열이 높을때는 옷을 벗기고 알코올 또는 미지근한 물 등으로 마사지를 하고 심할때는 해열제를 먹여 본다.
그러나 심하게 떨릴때는 일시적으로 이불이나 옷으로 몸을 덮어준다.
그러나 해열제를 먹고난 뒤에도 열이 높을경우, 토하거나 설사를 할 경우, 경련이 있으며 목이 뻣뻣할 경우, 목젖이 심하게 붓거나 아플 경우, 피부에 발진이 생길 경우, 기침이 심하게 계속되며 노란색 가래가 나올 경우에는 빨리 병원에 가야 한다.
